Sonoma County REALTOR® Romy Campbell is the agent every buyer or seller wishes for. Romy’s dedication to making sure each client is not merely satisfied, but happy, is but one of the reasons that clients return again and again – and refer both family and friends to her.
Since becoming a REALTOR in 2001, she has gained a loyal following of clients who trust her to always act in their best interest and to keep them informed of every detail and development along the way. Given this following, it’s no surprise that she consistently ranks in the top 1% of REALTORS® in Sonoma County. While her patience and personal attention to each client endears them to her and turns many into life-long friends; it’s her market knowledge, her attention to detail, her persistence, her reputation among other professionals, and her thirst for knowledge, that enable her to provide them with stress-free, speedy transactions. Because she believes that serving her clients well means being knowledgeable, Romy attends conferences and takes online classes whenever possible. She has earned the Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation through the Institute of Luxury Marketing and is short-sale certified through the National REALTORS® Association.
In addition, she keeps a close eye on market trends. Using the most up-to-date information, she prepares an in-depth market analysis for sellers before helping them price their homes. She does the same for buyers who are ready to make an offer. Although she works primarily with sellers, Romy also enjoys helping buyers find that perfect home. It’s especially gratifying to her to help educate young buyers about real estate and to see the joy in their eyes when they become homeowners for the first time.
Married to a career Army man, Romy spent 20 years moving from place to place, and sometimes from continent to continent. She held various office positions during those years, usually in a job that required a love of numbers, superior customer service, and well-honed listening skills. Because she loves decorating and enjoyed picking up ideas, she attended open houses as a hobby. Today her favorite non-work pastimes are playing Bunco with the ladies in her neighborhood, dancing, and playing with Flex, the family dog. She’s also a member of the Windsor High School Boosters.
Romy believes she has been successful because she believes in her abilities as a REALTOR® and because her clients believe in her. They trust both her ethics and her expertise, and they know she will not quit until the job is done. When you’re thinking Sonoma County real estate, think Romy.
